VISION OFFERING 2025!

Scripture records the inspiring words:

“Let us RISE up and BUILD.” Nehemiah 2:18

What followed was not just the rebuilding of walls, but the renewal of a people — united in vision, strengthened in faith, and committed to God’s purpose.

BUILDING has always been at the heart of God’s story. From Abraham’s altar to Solomon’s temple, from the church in Acts to our own community today, God calls His people to BUILD places where His presence is honoured and His mission is advanced.

Yet BUILDING is never only about bricks and stone — it is about hearts, homes, and futures being shaped for His glory.

Generosity is the key that makes BUILDING possible. Throughout Scripture, God’s people responded to His call with open hands, offering what they had so that His house could be established and strengthened, and His kingdom extended.

When we give, we participate in something larger than ourselves; we declare our trust in God’s provision and invest in the generations to come.

Israel’s response to Nehemiah is both moving and motivating. The Scripture says:

“So they strengthened their hands for the good work” Nehemiah 2:18

Thrive, let’s do the same! Through prayer, sacrifice, and generosity, let’s strengthen our hands for this good work, knowing that what we BUILD today will touch tomorrow.

This year we will be sowing and investing into the following:

KIDZONE LAND

We continue to pray, plan and invest towards the house and land next to our existing Kidzone. Not only do we need to purchase that house, but we will need to demolish the building, rezone the land, and purchase beautiful, modern modular units (prefabs) for Kidzone classes. It’s a big, expensive exercise!

SOLAR POWER

We would like to invest into enough solar power to be able to get our Edenvale campus off the grid during the week. This will give us energy security and reduce our monthly electricity bill down substantially. We can then re-direct that finance towards important ministry and a much quicker repayment of our building loan.

A tithe of our Vision Offering will go towards sinking water wells in Zambia. Water brings life and literally transforms villages. What an amazing opportunity for a huge impact!
