In this very difficult season in our world, many people have found themselves in a desperate situation with little to no food coming into their home. As a church community, we want to be Jesus’ hands and feet wherever we find ourselves. And so we have an initiative where we want to bring hope back to families who find themselves going through a difficult time. And we can do this by donating towards and purchasing HOPE BAGS.
A Hope Bag is a bag packed with groceries to help ease the load of the financial struggle for families in our church community who have hit hard times. At the same time, these will help restore hope in this challenging season as these amazing families find their feet.
There are two types of hope bags that we can purchase:
- The first option is the R250 option for a single person. This comes with Mealie Meal, Baked Beans, Cooking Oil, Soup, Noodles, Jams, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and so much more!
- The second option is the R400 option for a couple. Also packed with the same as the single option but of course enough for two people.
