it is holy to the Lord.\u201d <span style=\"color: #f37635;\">Leviticus 27:30<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cBut remember this: If you give little, you will get little. A farmer who plants just a few seeds, will get only a small crop, but if he plants much, he will reap much.\u201d <span style=\"color: #f37635;\">2 Corinthians 9:6<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>There are 3 categories of giving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1) Tithes<br \/>\n2) Offerings (over and above the tithe)<br \/>\n3) Vision Offering (offerings that are given towards the growth and vision of the church)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">At Thrive Church, we practice tithing for the support of Christ\u2019s Body, the church, as God commands. We recognise that giving 10% of our income is the Biblical standard for giving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Through our giving we are able to help, equip and move people towards Jesus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The giving of tithes and offerings is also an expression of our worship to Jesus Christ, giving is not just a business transaction, it is an expression of gratitude and worship towards God.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Many people love to give to God but need to have confidence in the methods and purposes used by organisations to which they give. Therefore, when people are able to see honesty, integrity and genuine spiritual values reflected in the lifestyles of their church leaders, they are more willing to give.
